Blame It on the Blues, by Charles L. Cooke, 1914; arranged by Louis Tocaben; from the Remick Mandolin and Guitar Collection No. 16, 1915.

Charles. L. Cooke (1891 – 1958) was born in Louisville, Kentucky and spent time in Detroit, Chicago and New York, where he became staff arranger for RKO and Radio City Music Hall. This piece and “I’ve Got the Blue Ridge Blues” were his biggest hits.
